Start with the work and the engagement.
Define the delivery responsibility, expected duration, working location and budget before selecting a contractor. A short project, specialist technical contribution and interim leadership appointment need different briefs. A senior specialist leads each search, from brief to start date. We discuss the engagement arrangements before introductions.
A useful starting brief
- What outcome or responsibility needs an interim owner?
- What is the expected duration, start date and working pattern?
- Where will the person work, and who will engage and pay them?
- What budget, approval process and handover requirements apply?
Thoughtful introductions
We discuss relevant delivery experience, availability and the working environment with each candidate. Before an engagement starts, the parties need to agree the contracting entity, payment responsibilities, rate, scope and applicable employment or tax requirements. We do not treat a permanent salary range as a contract-rate benchmark.
Every search is led by a senior specialist, from brief to start date. Scope, fees and expectations are agreed before the search begins.
Questions about the search
Can we engage the contractor directly?
Yes. Direct client engagement can be arranged. An engagement through Corellia Talent can also be discussed, with the structure and responsibilities agreed before work starts.
Does the salary guide show contract day rates?
No. The salary guide contains advertised annual salary examples. Contract rates are discussed separately against the scope, location, duration and engagement structure.
Who oversees contract and interim searches?
Every search is led by a senior specialist, from brief to start date. We agree your point of contact and the next steps at the start.
