Information we collect
If you enquire, we collect your name, email address and message. You may also provide a company name, profile link, professional strengths, career interests, motivation and preferred location or working model. You can also choose to tell us how you heard about Corellia Talent. This answer is sent with your enquiry so our team can understand which resources and introductions are useful. Leaving it blank does not affect your enquiry.
Please do not include identity documents, financial account details, medical information or other sensitive personal information in the form. Profile links are supplied by you; the form does not automatically import their contents.
Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including connection information. Our abuse protection briefly stores hashed identifiers derived from an email address or network address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store a raw network address in the application database.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand a hiring requirement or potential career move, and arrange relevant follow-up. The applicable basis is taking steps at your request before a contract where relevant, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and providing recruitment services. The hosting platform provides traffic statistics, including page views and unique visitor counts. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or session recordings. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list when you submit this form. If a recruitment relationship develops, we will explain any additional processing relevant to that relationship.
Who receives it
Authorised team members at Corellia Talent Ltd handle your enquiry. Our service providers include Google Workspace for business email and calendar bookings, OpenAI for website hosting and the enquiry form, Cloudflare for hosting infrastructure and website security, Spott for recruitment records, Slack for internal communication, Xero for accounting, Make for workflow automation and enquiry notifications, Anthropic for AI-assisted work. The information used by each provider depends on the service involved; submitting this form does not automatically send your enquiry to every provider. Website enquiries are stored through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, and Make routes enquiry notifications to Corellia Talent’s business inbox in Google Workspace. We will discuss a relevant introduction with you before sharing a profile for that purpose.
Infrastructure providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements apply to their services. For details of the arrangements relevant to your enquiry, contact our team.
How long information is kept
We keep website enquiry information for up to 24 months from our last meaningful contact, then delete it or ask whether you would like us to keep it. If an enquiry leads to a placement, we keep the placement records for 6 years for legal and tax reasons. Right-to-work evidence is kept for the length of the engagement plus 2 years. A specific legal obligation or legal claim may require us to retain relevant information for longer. You can ask us to review or delete your information, and we will explain any applicable exception.
Abuse-protection identifiers expire within an hour and are removed during subsequent requests.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or session recordings. We remove accessible legacy Google Analytics cookies when you visit. Essential hosting and security controls remain in use.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, measures aggregate website use without analytics cookies; we do not send it enquiry contents or contact details.
Anonymous compensation contributions
If you choose to share a package, we collect the role category, seniority, city, funding stage, annual base, and optional bonus and equity percentage. We do not request your name, employer or contact details. Do not provide confidential information. We process the submission with your consent, store it privately in our website database and review it before including it in statistics. These records are not sent to the recruitment CRM, enquiry webhook or website analytics.
Only grouped statistics from at least five approved submissions are displayed. Equity and bonus each require five disclosures. Contributions are included for up to 12 months; expired records are removed during internal moderation maintenance. We return a private withdrawal code so you can delete your contribution using the salary guide. Keep this code: without identifying information we cannot reliably locate a record for you. Withdrawal removes it from future statistics. Our existing hosting and security providers process the submission and necessary abuse-prevention information. A combination of role and pay can still be sensitive even without a name, so we never publish individual submissions.
Human decisions
The website does not score candidates or make automated decisions about employment. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses or profile links to analytics.
